The German Navy Vessels Are Arriving

We see these German Navy vessels arriving in Simon’s Town but it’s difficult to get info on them. Most of the info I got was from Namibian websites. At least we know a little more.
The frigates “Koln” and “Hamburg”, which is the most modern air defense frigate in the world, and the 20000 ton frigate “Berlin” will be in Simon’s Town. One arrived already. The frigates’ previous destination was Walvis Bay and Ghana. They will take part in a month-long training in Simons Town with the SA navy. The warship trio is sailing under naval command of task officer Michael Budde, with a crew of over 700 navy personnel and officers manning the vessels. source.
The exercise called the “Good Hope II” is going to be the largest one ever conducted by the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Force) outside of NATO. source.
