  11. I am foreign property investor assuming the property is still in my name at my death would my will be recognised in South Africa.?

Foreign Investor: If I proceed to purchase a property in Simon’s Town then it is unlikely that I would be there at the time of purchase in which case I will need an attorney with a special Power of Attorney to sign the documents on my behalf. I understand that you may be in a position to handle that issue.
