am amazed when Simon’s Town home owners ask us to sell their home, when they have not done any home work. The have a feeling that their asking price is fair (8), they may ask the opinion of their Simon’s Town real estate agent (7). But in most cases the real estate agent is so scared that they agree with the real estate seller because they want the home on their books.
