I got this email from a client of ours and you may be able to help:
Once again, what we are looking for is a Simon’s Town home with a view and guesthouse potential, 3 or 4 bedrooms minimum or a flat may take the place of one of them, an un-obstructable view, a utility room and tool room (for me).
If you know of any Simon’s Town guest house for sale or a home with potential then let us know. The buyer wants to spend in the region of R5 million. They prefer Simon’s Kloof, Boulders, Froggy Pond, Froggy Farm and Murdock Valley.
