This is true. This Simon’s Town home has been in the market for a long time. But let me add. This is not the general trend in Simon’s Town. If you are a buyer then don’t expect any or all sellers to be desperate. Yes. There will be some real estate bargains in Simon’s Town. But a bargain depends on the situation of the Simon’s Town seller and most sellers are not forced to sell. They can stay a little longer.
