Dear Simon’s Town Friend
I need your advice. We are involved with a lovely Simon’s Town property development.
- There will be 23 share title owners in this new lifestyle development.
- A unit’s value will be between R1.2 and R2.5 million.
- These lovely lock-up-and-go units are close to the beach and the Simon’s Town village. Although they will have a unique Simon’s Town look they will be modern.
The problem; should there be a communal swimming pool or not? I can tell you the pros and cons but that may influence you opinion. Therefore I’ll keep it simple and ask you to give me your honest opinion:
