R28 000 per square meter of Simon’s Town residential floor space is unique. Because the most expensive Simon’s Town home we have sold to date, only achieved R18 000 per square meter. A few flats that we’re aware of sold for R20000 per square meter.
Today Simon’s Town has this unique property, selling for a whopping R28 000 per square meter.
Obviously the selling price per square meter is not an issue if you can afford this beautiful Home. This Simon’s Town property is selling at R25 million. ["Selling at ..." is an assumption. R25 million is only the asking price.]
BTW: I’ll live in this lovely Simon’s Town home… anytime. Ask my wife…she’ll agree.
