Nose In The Air

Last week the Horak’s were entertained by a Glencairn Heights couple who wants to sell a property. They wanted to know what they can expect to get for their property. During the discussion we got to know them and it was not long before we got to like them.
We asked them why they decided to purchase a property in Glencairn Heights? Why not Simon’s Town or Fish Hoek. They like Simon’s Town but the people are pretentious. They like Fish Hoek but…..So they decided on Glencairn.
Not a bad choice.
They are on the beach, they have a great view of False Bay and Elies’s Peak, and they have a nice grocery store and a community hotel. And they are between Simon’s Town and Fish Hoek.
Like many other Glencairn residents there seems to be a perception that Simon’s Town residents think they are exclusive and are "nose in the air" people.
Let’s get to the bottom of this issue and decide if Simon’s Town residents are "nose in the air".
