One of our Naval families just got the news that they have to relocate to Pretoria and would not like to sell their home in Simon’s Town – reason being they love our Village and would like to move back to Simon’s Town in a couple of years time.

And as you all know it is also not a good time to sell properties in the current economic climate.

They wanted us to look for people to rent the home and we may do that but the rental market is also dead. After a creative session we suggested they may want to swap their house in Simon’s Town with a house in Pretoria.

And we are sure many people may want to jump at the opportunity.

Should you know of a family in Pretoria that would like to swap let us know. They will be in Pretoria for 3 years.

The Simon’s Town house is a spacious open-plan house overlooking the naval base with beautiful sea views.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with an en-suite quest room with separate entrance plus a self contained granny flat.

In return they would like a property that can sleep 6 in and around Centurion.
