Bank Forced Auction….Simon’s Town

Another blogger had this to say about the banked forced auction in Simon’s Town: 
If the first auction in March didn’t meet the reserve price, then I’m sure auctioning it again in June when the market has deteriorated further will do the trick.
This is a sarcastic comment but I am sure you get the idea.
