As you know Google bought YouTube.com (video site) because video is the way the Internet is evolving. And, because, people want use as many senses as they possibly can. Video brings us a little closer to the ideal. Now we can watch and hear instead of just reading.
If you create your video correctly using real estate keyword research then Google will rank you high. Another factor is that most real estate agents are not using video on video sites therefore it’s easy to rank high for search terms used by real estate buyers.
But I have not explained one important factor: To rank high on Google you need to know what you do but because Google loves videos Google let’s video jump the queue. Meaning that Google ranks correctly created video high. At least that’s what my experience has shown me.
