Are Unrealistic Simon’s Town Real Estate Prices The Cause For The Slowdown?

I just read a press release that unrealistic real estate prices are one of the causes for the property market slow down. And I cannot agree more. The article continue to explain what real estate agents are doing to get the sole mandate; they agree to the inflated real estate prices and they give the home owner false hope. Who are they?
We said it before; SimonsTownRealty.Info will rather turn you down today then let you down tomorrow. While these may be great intentions the unwary seller needs to decide and decide carefully because an over priced home will become a wall flower. The alternative for many Simon’s Town home owners is to open the property to all. This is where many cooks spoil the broth.
