“Forced Sale” and the owner indicated that he wants no real estate agents to spam him.
Well I respect that. Because; as a new SimonsTown real estate agent my objective is to share news first; and trying to getting Simon’s Towners to like know and trust me. And when they do they will do business with me. No that I have given you the spiel let’s show you the bargain.
Apparently this Simon’s Town home owner is in trouble and the owner want out. The owner want out so badly that the the home is discounted R3.6 million. It is now selling for R4.5 million.
Is this a bargain property in Simonstown?
At the floor space of 475 meter square, this great 4 bedroom, home is a bargain as it is selling for only R9 474 per square meter.
As you may know the current average price per square meter is above R11 000 for a typical Simon’s Town property.
