Bad SimonsTown Real Estate For Sale Photos

When you have a multi-million rand Simon’s Town real estate for sale the first impression is the most important. According to some reliable sources; people in the market to buy real estate visit the internet first. If this is true then photos and the story about the house are critical.
Let’s have a look at a very expensive home in Simon’s Town. The photo was taken and placed on the web by a SimonsTown real estate agent and I am sure the agent had all the best intentions in the world. But I am sure if you look critically at the photo there’s a few things wrong.
It decided to help the real estate agent involved and did a few magic tricks with the photo.
I am not suggesting that this photo is ideal but it’s a lot better than what it was.
It’s critically important that all the clatter be removed before a photo is taken and then the photo should include all the necessary bits. Never include the creepy and unorganised chairs. For example this real estate photo could have included more of the home and the rest of the swimming pool.
