Boulders Restaurant
Feb 4th, 2008 by Johan
We have been at Boulders Restaurant many times and enjoy a quick lunch of hake and chips. (By the way: The Australian chef was away for a weeks).
If it’s not hake and chips then I have the Sautéed tiger prawns with fresh udon noodles, chilli, garlic, tat soi and coriander in an asian butter sauce. This is a lovely dish with only a drop of chilli -even I can handle it.
The Panfried linefish of the day with sautéed baby potatoes, courgettes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and a chive buerre blanc is excellent but you need a starter if you are hungry.
Elmarie enjoy the ristto and the line fish as a main dish.
Where do you go?
Johan
It’s great to have you back. Thanks.
