Preservation of view: Nicki’s view on Simon’s Town

Many Simon’s Town property owners consider their view as a value. According to our local City Councilor, Nicki Holderness, the city council has increased our valuations taking in consideration our great views…..But when it gets to the city protecting our views the Cape Town city officials are too busy to attend to the problem and throw the common law “the right to view is not a right” at you.
