Are your Simon’s Town property within 500 meters of the beach?
According to a new residential property index by Light House Risk Management these properties are inflating at a different rate than other homes. The stats show that this is a more volatile market.
The index show that these beach home increased in value by nearly 70% during 2004 and 2005 but during December 2007 the increase was only 4%.
